Pal Residence

SAHARANPUR
We're transforming these three builder flats into the dream home of a doctor couple and their children. Combining the top two floors into a duplex with living and dining areas, kitchen, puja room, terrace garden and master bedroom on the first floor and two kids bedrooms coupled with a pantry, laundry room, spa and gym room on the second floor.
The previously enclosed and dark dining area now opens up to ample sunlight from the double heighted space where we've added an internal staircase to connect the two living floors.

Thakur Residence

SAHARANPUR
This is an expansion of two identical floors to the existing residence for two brothers is currently at finishing stage. The clients wanted a very simple facade but extremely grand interiors for their family to reflect their taste and style. The lobby is a lively space where everything happens. The drawing room needed to be dark, mysterious and leave a great first impression to the formal guests. The bedrooms are made chic but practical with large walk-in-closets and washrooms.
