We're presently at the finishing stage of providing contemporary architectural and luxury interior design experience for this 6000 sq. ft. residence located in the heart of city. This dream project of a reputed doctor couple has a multi-specialty clinic on the entire ground floor and their residence on first and second floors. While all the basic requirements are taken care of at first floor level, the second floor exclusively comprises of the master suite, guest room, pool, bar and a huge terrace party lounge for the social gatherings our clients host so graciously very often.

This beautiful 4000 sq. ft. residence for a wonderful family of four is currently at finishing stage. The clients asked us for a home with a sense of openness and a neutral color palette to suit their serene and sophisticated lifestyle, and that's exactly what we have designed for them. The ground floor begins with an eye catching foyer space, that opens up into the office, drawing room and lobby. A double heighted dining area is designed right in front of the open kitchen, with views of the OTS within the lobby as well as the rear lawn. The façade is unique in itself with its 10 feet high fenestrations, adding grandeur to the otherwise subtle design.
